Good

0 - 49: Good

Air quality is safe and healthy for most people.

Advice: Outdoor activities are generally fine.

Moderate

50 - 100: Moderate

Air quality is acceptable, but some sensitive people may feel mild discomfort.

Advice: Elderly people should reduce long outdoor activity if they feel unwell.

Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups

101 - 150: Unhealthy for Sensitive Groups

Elderly people and those with heart or lung conditions may start to feel health effects.

Advice: Limit prolonged outdoor activity and wear a mask if needed.

Unhealthy

151 - 200: Unhealthy

Air quality can affect everyone, especially elderly users and sensitive groups.

Advice: Stay indoors as much as possible and avoid exercise outside.

Very Unhealthy

201 - 300: Very Unhealthy

This level creates a high health risk for the whole population.

Advice: Avoid going outside unless necessary. Keep doors and windows closed.

Hazardous

300+: Hazardous

This is an emergency air quality level and can cause serious health effects.
